Event Coordinator (Male Candidate)

• Event Planning: Create programs, manage logistics (transport, accommodation), and maintain the event calendar.
• On‑site Execution: Oversee setup/tear-down, registration, and safety compliance.
• Coordination: Liaise with vendors, staff, volunteers, and participants.
• Speakers: Manage communications, running orders, and rehearsals.
• Technology & Materials: Handle event apps, inventory, branding, and materials.
• Reporting & Feedback: Prepare incident reports, escalate security issues, collect/analyse participant feedback.
• Continuous Improvement: Train team members, enhance event standards.

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Comfortable in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
