Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator Intern located in Noida. The Event Coordinator Intern will assist in planning, coordinating and executing corporate events. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, vendors, and team members, managing event logistics, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also involve supporting event marketing and promotional activities, and coordinating the sales efforts for events.

Qualifications

Skills in Event Planning and Event Management
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales experience is beneficial
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using event management software and tools is a plus
Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communication, Business, or related field
Previous internship or experience in event coordination is advantageous
