Job Title: Event Coordinator

Experience Required: 0.6-1 year (Marketing, NGO, Non Profit Experience, Social Work Background Preferred)

Job Summary:
Coordinate and manage events, workshops, and community programs that promote DeepRanjani’s mission of inclusion, vocational training and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and execute events (awareness drives, training sessions, fundraising, exhibitons).
Liaise with partners, volunteers, participants and vendors.
Prepare event schedules, logistics plans & communication materials.
Manage pre-event setup, on-site coordination and post-event follow-ups.
Track attendance and feedback to improve future events.
Ideal Skills
Good communication & coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and handle logistics.
Basic understanding of social impact events & community outreach.
Proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
