Key Responsibilities

Execute marketing and promotional campaigns across assigned districts.

Support event-related promotions for sports and cultural programs.

Manage on-ground marketing activities, community outreach, and public engagement.

Coordinate with internal teams for branding, content, and communication needs.

Maintain reports on district-wise marketing performance and feedback.

Travel to different districts as per project requirements (mandatory).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or event management, preferably in the

sports or cultural sector.

Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, analytics

software, and basic office software.

Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, project management abilities, and problemsolving

capabilities; able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.

Attributes: Creative mindset, proactive work attitude, and willingness to work flexible hours,

including evenings and weekends when required.

Additional Requirements

Hiring: 10 candidates per state

Must be willing to travel and relocate district-to-district as per project flow

Company will provide accommodation, food, and travel facilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
