Job Description

As a Campaign Event Coordinator at our Automobile Dealership in Kochi (Nettoor / Aluva - Desom), your role will involve planning and managing promotional events, product launches, and dealership campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing campaigns, events, and promotions from start to finish. - Managing venue booking, vendor coordination, logistics, and supplies. - Monitoring budgets and ensuring cost-effective event execution. - Providing on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations. - Conducting post-event analysis and preparing reports on performance and ROI. - Working closely with marketing and sales teams to align events with brand strategy. To qualify for this role, you need to have: - Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, event planning, branding, or campaign management. - A Bachelor's degree in any field. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. - Creativity with attention to detail.
