Job Description

Understand requirements for each event.
Develop event concepts, agendas, and timelines in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodations, and technology setup.
Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints.
Ensure events align with company goals and branding guidelines.
Serve as the primary event host, welcoming attendees and guiding them through the event schedule.
Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for employees, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience throughout the event.
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote events internally or externally.
Ensure smooth execution of events, including managing setup, coordinating staff, and overseeing schedules.
Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the events
Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, Sales, and Management) to ensure alignment on event objectives.

Essential skills

Proven experience as event coordinator.
A proven track record of organizing successful events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent vendor management skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
Well-organized with multi-tasking skills.
Able to handle stress and remain calm.
Problem-solving ability.
