Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Co-ordinator located in Mumbai for Clover Entertainment. The Event Co-ordinator will be responsible for organizing and executing events from start to finish. This includes venue selection, logistics planning, vendor management, and budgeting. The Event Co-ordinator will also be responsible for coommunicating with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that events run smoothly.

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in event planning and management is preferred
• Knowledge of local vendors, venues, and resources is a plus
