Job Description

As an Event and Process Lead at Pinkerton, you will play a key role in advising professionals on event scheduling and coordination processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as an advisor to professionals by upholding Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. - Overseeing event setups, execution, and breakdown across all USI offices in Bengaluru. - Providing consultative support and subject matter expertise to event requestors throughout the scheduling process. - Coordinating with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to establish event needs and serve as a liaison to professionals and leaders. - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Addressing and resolving issues during events to ensure a smooth experience for attendees. - Continuously seeking new ideas and approaches to improve event quality. - Working closely with other teams and offices to ensure the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders. - Responsible for sending out daily, monthly, and quarterly MIS, Dashboard, etc. - Ensuring on-time deployment of event executives for respective events. - Sharing and actively tracking upcoming event space readiness plan and report. - Monitoring, auditing, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies and processes across all office locations. - Reviewing, updating, and implementing workplace processes as needed. - Serving as the primary contact for all matters related to the Magnet application. - Maintaining and regularly updating seat inventory and allocation records. - Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and simplification. - Proposing and driving initiatives to elevate the workplace environment. - Performing any other duties as assigned. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree or higher education in Hotel Management preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in Hotel/Facility management, preferably in a global organization. - Strong communication, leadership, conflict resolution, collaborative, and networking skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision. - Client-service mindset and willingness to tackle challenging projects. - Attention to detail and excellent time management skills. - Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and integrity. - Comfortable working in a high-energy, collaborative environment. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and other necessary technology. - Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to travel within the city as required.
