Role: EV Sales Manager
Experience Required: 6 to 12 Years (Automobile Industry Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Raja VinFast Showroom – Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the EV sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective EV sales strategies for new product launches and customer acquisition.
Foster strong relationships with potential buyers, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
Monitor and analyse market trends to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing and service departments for smooth delivery and after-sales support.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven track record in automobile sales management (EV sales experience preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and customer handling skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable technology.
Ability to lead a team, meet targets, and deliver a premium buying experience.
