EV Project Management - Network Deployment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to lead and drive the infrastructure rollouts in alignment with Annual Operating Plans (AOP). The role involves end-to-end project execution from site acquisition to deployment, electrification, and hand overwhile ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, risk mitigation, and cross functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Rollout Planning & Execution:

o Ensure monthly station rollout targets are met as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

o Track progress of planned sites and ensure deployment activities are completed on schedule.

• Stakeholder & Team Coordination:

o Work closely with the site acquisition team for timely site handover and documentation.

o Coordinate with Infra, Business Development, and Strategy teams for monthly rollout projections and alignment.

o Align daily, weekly, and monthly deployment plans in coordination with Infra Supervisors.

• Electrification & Handover: o Assess and validate Electricity Board (EB) feasibility for each site. o Coordinate with the EB team to ensure timely site electrification.

o Facilitate smooth HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) with the O&M team postenergization.

• Vendor Governance & Quality:

o Conduct monthly governance meetings with deployment vendors to monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure accountability.

o Ensure closure of all deployment punch points and adherence to quality management protocols.

o Promote best practices in project execution and continuous improvement in rollout efficiency.

• Risk Management:

o Perform proactive risk assessment for each stage of the project and implement mitigation plans to prevent delays or compliance issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Mechanical, Project Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in EV project management, infrastructure rollout, or network deployment.

• Strong knowledge of EV site lifecycle including acquisition, civil works, electrification, and HOTO.

• Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vendors and drive accountability under tight timelines.

• PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
