Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer, manage MS 365 and Zoho Workplace Cloud collaboration platform.
• Manage and maintain active directory ID management automation and process.
• Lead the team MDM support technicians for pan India mobile end user support operations.
• Manage support MDM helpdesk for support tickets and resolve them on time.
• Manage, maintain and deliver seamless user experience on MDM services.
• Guide and assist to fellow team members to resolve and address the Mailbox, Onedrive and MDM related issues.
• Lead deployment of IT projects in EUS space and close them within strict timelines.
• Maintain support level agreement threshold under expected benchmark.
• Suggest improvements under EUS space to enhance user work experience
• Manage endpoint management system like patch mgmt., inventory, software deployment
• Maintain endpoint security and compliance, manage Kaspersky antivirus solutions.
• Follow Incident, Problem, Change Management & Service Request for EUS requests.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong analytic and technical skills with problem solving attitude
• Expert knowledge on Windows, Mac endpoint support.
• Experience on managing large scale MDM deployment and support for Manage Engine MDM.
• Expert knowledge of technologies like Microsoft O365, Azure AD, Microsoft active directory, Zoho Workplace, MS teams etc
• Should have experience in managing large scale IT support operations for multiple / remote locations
• Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting laptop & network performance issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure and handle VIP user support.
• Expert knowledge on MS office suite, file & print services and network configuration
• Should have good experience in ISP Coordination and Vendor management.
• Flexible to extend efforts towards accomplishing assigned tasks.

Minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience in EUS technology management, preferred to have worked in similar role before.
