EUS Specialist

Role Overview: As an IT graduate with 5+ years of experience working with SCCM / MECM, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex technical issues, maintaining an inventory of hardware devices, and managing asset information including hardware specifications and warranties. Key Responsibilities: - Provide LS2 support as an escalation point for L1 or LS1.5 support technicians - Resolve escalated incidents and service requests that require specialized knowledge - Work closely with support teams and end-users to provide effective solutions - Contribute to documentation and knowledge base by recording resolutions and troubleshooting steps - Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior support technicians - Configure and deploy hardware devices, including desktops, laptops, and servers - Install and configure operating systems on hardware devices - Utilize SCCM or Bomgar for remote support and troubleshooting - Maintain inventory of hardware devices and manage asset information - Resolve hardware-related incidents and problems - Generate standard service reports and analytics related to hardware inventory and device performance - Support all software and tools in the organization and assist with deployment of updates Qualifications Required: - IT graduate with 5+ years of experience working with SCCM / MECM - Deeper understanding of supported systems, software, and technologies - Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues - Experience in hardware provisioning and deployment - Knowledge of asset and inventory management - Familiarity with incident and problem management processes - Proficiency in remote support tools such as SCCM or Bomgar Company Details (if applicable): Hemmersbach is a global IT infrastructure services provider operating in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
