Europe Regional Performance Team (Global Reporting India Team)

Role Overview: You will be part of the Europe Regional Performance Team (Global Reporting India Team) in Pune, India. Your role will involve providing MIS and advanced analytics for IB businesses, collaborating with stakeholders on various analytics, decision support, management reporting, planning & performance management, and working on various analytics for Senior Management. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Europe Regional performance reporting team with analytics - Prepare presentations for senior management on performance analytics to facilitate key decision-making processes - Conduct Cost Deep dives to track and monitor cost targets - Assist in annual planning and monthly forecasting reviews - Provide extensive analytical support for senior management deliverables such as Business Reviews, ExCo Decks, Performance Review Meetings - Undertake other recurring and ad-hoc project-related analysis work - Collaborate with other regions for alignment, standardization, and process improvements to achieve Finance strategy Qualifications Required: - CA/MBA in Finance with 4-8 years of experience - Strong financial analysis and management reporting experience - Very strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally - Proactive, diligent, and able to partner with other teams to resolve issues - Proficiency in working with multiple data sources and confidence in figures and presentations - Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and strong project management skills - Highly motivated individual capable of working in tight deadlines without supervision - Strong computer skills, preferably with advanced exposure to Excel and Power-point - Flexible mindset to work in a challenging and rapidly changing business environment Additional Company Details: Please visit the company website at https://www.db.com/company/company.htm for further information.
