EUC - IT Infra

The IT Infrastructure End User Support professional will be responsible for managing and supporting end-user computing devices, desktop and laptop environments, enterprise applications, asset inventory, and IT infrastructure services. This role requires strong hands-on experience in desktop management, incident resolution, IT asset lifecycle, security configurations, and technical troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable IT operations, security compliance, and timely issue resolution to meet organizational service-level requirements.

Role & responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, thin clients, printers, and mobile devices.

• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on Windows 7/8/10, Linux Mint, Red Hat OS, and Office 365 suite.
• Manage user profiles, access rights, and group policies via Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Administer endpoint security, including patching, antivirus, VPN (FortiClient, Cyberoam), encryption, and DLP tools (Sophos, LANDesk).
• Act as the primary contact for ticket resolution across ITSM platforms; monitor incidents, service requests, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, printers, video conferencing tools, biometric devices, Citrix environments, and SureMDM console.
• Manage and maintain IT asset records, perform periodic audits, and adhere to asset procurement and disposal procedures.
• Configure and monitor networking devices (Fortigate firewall, routers, switches), handle VIP escalations and ensure system uptime.
• Support application-level troubleshooting for business applications like LOS (Loan Origination System), LMS (Loan Management System), and audit tools.
• Perform remote administration using RDP, SSH, Citrix, and enterprise tools (Arcos, Shadow).
• Assist in managing IT infrastructure projects including system upgrades, patching, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards and data protection policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams app development, security, networking for seamless tech operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication)
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support roles
