ETP Technician

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the ETP plant equipment and control systems.
Measure and record key treatment parameters
Perform chemical dosing, sludge handling, and routine checks.
Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on pumps, valves, motors, blowers, filters, etc.
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance.
Ensure proper disposal of effluent and sludge as per environmental guidelines.
Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to support smooth operations.
Follow safety protocols and support PCB (Pollution Control Board) audit requirements.

Qualifications

✔ ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field

1–3 years experience

✔ Understanding of effluent treatment processes (Aeration, Clarifier, Equalization, Filtration, Sludge Handling)

✔ Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills
