Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) Operator located in Delhi, OH. The ETP Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the effluent treatment plant, monitoring treatment processes, performing routine checks and maintenance on equipment, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The role also involves taking samples for laboratory testing, maintaining records of operations, and troubleshooting issues that arise during the treatment process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of effluent treatment processes and equipment
• Experience with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of treatment plant machinery
• Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain detailed records
• A diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in water treatment or a related industry is a plus
