ETL Specialist

As a highly skilled Talend AMS Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Application Maintenance Services (AMS) for Talend-based ETL solutions. Your role will involve overseeing production support, incident resolution, performance tuning, and enhancements for Talend workflows and data pipelines. You will lead and manage AMS operations by maintaining, supporting, and monitoring Talend-based ETL jobs. As the primary point of contact for Talend-related production issues, you will ensure adherence to SLAs for incident resolution and system uptime. In addition, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex ETL job failures and data discrepancies, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and driving preventive measures. Monitoring ETL job execution and optimizing performance to improve efficiency will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will identify bottlenecks, implement best practices for data processing, and ensure proper logging, alerting, and proactive issue detection. Furthermore, you will implement minor enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration updates, working closely with business stakeholders to support evolving data needs. As a Talend AMS Lead, you will also mentor and guide a team of AMS engineers, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including DBAs, cloud engineers, and business analysts, will be essential. You will be responsible for managing version control, deployments, and rollback strategies, while ensuring documentation and best practices are maintained for AMS processes.,
