Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production ETL jobs and workflows using Informatica (IICS/IDMC, PowerCenter)
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents to minimize downtime
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Manage and monitor batch jobs using Autosys
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and platform enhancements
• Document processes, incident resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5+ years

  of experience in ETL development and production support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
