Responsibilities:

1.Act as the primary point of contact for the branch (US onshore), providing comprehensive support. Need experience with US Health Insurance and Claims only.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (internal & external stakeholders)

3. Strong active listening and comprehension abilities

4. Consulting skills including communication, questioning, report writing, and presentations

5. Understand and implement US Health Insurance regulatory standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.

6. Ensure end-to-end support of the policy lifecycle services.

7. Assume the role of Client Associate (~35 accounts) at the branch.

8. Conduct end-to-end renewal activities as a US Health Insurance domain expert.

9. Coordinate with internal operations teams to complete renewal activities on time.

10. Handle queries effectively to minimize rework at the service center.

11. Identify risks and issues and navigate them to successful resolution.

12. Foster a positive relationship with onshore branch staff to enhance the overall customer experience.
