Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle and Spoon).
• Integrate Pentaho ETL solutions with AWS cloud services to support scalable data processing.
• Process and transform XML data as required for various data integration projects.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance Pentaho data integration jobs, transformations, and steps.
• Develop and maintain custom logic using Java, Java scripts, and Unix shell scripts.
• Implement exception handling, error logging, and performance tuning for ETL workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Salesforce components, including bulk data operations.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance across all ETL processes.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of ETL solutions.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in ETL design, development, and implementation for enterprise data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Pentaho Data Integration tools, including Kettle and Spoon.
• Experience in developing and optimizing ETL jobs, transformations, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, data quality, and data validation techniques.
• Experience working with XML data formats for data ingestion and processing.
• Hands-on experience using Java, Java scripts, and Unix shell scripts to support custom ETL logic.
• Experience integrating ETL processes with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Ability to implement exception handling, logging, and performance tuning for ETL jobs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce components, including bulk operations, into ETL workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
