ETL Developer

As a highly experienced Senior Reporting & ETL Analyst, your role involves designing, building, and optimizing data integration and reporting solutions. Your expertise in handling large datasets, performing complex ETL operations, developing interactive dashboards, and collaborating across teams to deliver insights is crucial for this role. It is essential to have experience in the healthcare or insurance domain. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL pipelines using Informatica, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SSIS. - Creating interactive, visually rich dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to support business decision-making. - Writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries to support complex data warehousing operations. - Collaborating with stakeholders from healthcare and insurance domains to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks. Qualifications required for this role: - Expert-level experience (10+ years) in Informatica, ADF, and SSIS for ETL tools. - Expert-level experience (8+ years) in Power BI and Tableau for reporting tools. - Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and supporting data warehouse design and maintenance with expert-level proficiency (12+ years). - Deep understanding of healthcare and/or insurance data systems and regulations (6+ years). - Proven experience (5+ years) participating in Agile development environments and sprint-based work.,
