Job Title: Ethics Specialist



Job Summary:

We're seeking an Ethics Specialist to join our team, focusing on customer escalation and experience. You'll ensure our brand values are upheld, resolving complex customer and employee issues with empathy and integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    customer

    internal employee

    escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain processes to ensure customer/employee satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and values


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in

    customer-facing roles or ethics

  • Excellent communication

    and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for customer/employee experience and ethics


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the fitness/wellness industry
