Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and should demonstrate solid functional and technical understanding of Oracle HCM suite.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in one or more full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, specifically focusing on OTL and Benefits modules.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence management.
Design and deliver BI Publisher Reports within the HCM environment.
Work on HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader) as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to meet project goals.

Required Skills

5-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on OTL and Benefits.
Strong knowledge and development experience with Fast Formulas (OTL, Absence).
Proficiency in BI Publisher for reporting within Oracle HCM.
Working knowledge of HCM Extracts and HDL is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
