Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze bid packages and customer specifications, drawings, and technical data
Develop itemized work breakdowns and cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors
Prepare proposals, submittals, and bid summary sheets
Identify special requirements, bonding/security needs, and communicate them to stakeholders
Estimate craft hours and develop labor budgets for project planning
Compare subcontractor quotes with in-house costs to make sourcing decisions
Collaborate with production managers to create repair or new-build plans
Conduct turnover meetings to transfer bid packages to production teams
Utilize historical cost data and develop new cost standards where needed
Maintain time and production records and support project scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
