Estimator civil/interiors

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team, specializing in civil and interior projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating construction costs, preparing bids, and collaborating with project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Estimating: Prepare detailed estimates for civil and interior projects, including material quantities, labor costs, and equipment expenses.

2. Bid Preparation: Develop and submit bids, proposals, and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

3. Cost Analysis: Analyze project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.

4. Takeoff: Perform quantity takeoffs and calculations, utilizing software and manual methods.

5. Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and ensure estimate accuracy.

6. Reporting: Provide detailed reports and analyses of project costs, including estimates, actuals, and variances.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in estimating for civil and/or interior projects.

2. Software: Proficiency in estimating software, such as:

1. PlanSwift

2. Bluebeam

3. Excel

4. Autodesk

3. Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.

4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in estimates and bids.

5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries, such as commercial, residential, or infrastructure.

2. Software Development: Ability to develop and maintain estimating software tools and templates

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
