Estimation Lead

As an experienced Quantity Surveyor in the faade industry, your role will involve leading and managing the estimation process for multiple faade projects. You will review and validate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads, collaborating with procurement and technical teams to ensure accurate pricing. Your responsibility will also include ensuring timely submission of cost estimates to support bids and management decisions. Additionally, you will prepare final cost reports, assist the Estimation Manager in presentations, and monitor project costs to ensure control and budget adherence. Mentoring and guiding junior team members for performance and growth will be an essential part of your role. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelors degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related fields. You should have at least 10 years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying within the faade industry. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and experience with large-scale faade projects is necessary. Proficiency in estimation and project management software such as AutoCAD, ERP, etc. is essential. You should also possess excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills to excel in this role.,
