Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Estate Manager. The Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of properties, ensuring they are properly maintained and compliant with regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating facility management, managing budgets, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Expertise in Estate Management and Property Management
Proficient in Facility Management (FM) and Budgeting
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Experience in the real estate industry in a managerial role
