Job Description

Estate Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate or hospitality management and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day housekeeping and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and surroundings.
Maintain guest accommodation to the highest standard of comfort and hygiene.
Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring top-tier hospitality.
Handle basic maintenance tasks such as minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Ensure security of the property, including managing keys and conducting regular safety checks.
Manage movement of furniture, supplies, and deliveries as required.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or irregularities to the property owner/management.
Uphold high morale and cooperation among staff or service vendors if applicable.

Requirements:

Minimum
3 years
of experience in estate, property, or hospitality management
Strong attention to detail with excellent housekeeping knowledge
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Good communication skills polite and service-oriented
Physically fit and willing to handle manual tasks when needed
Honest, responsible, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic

Preferred Candidates:

Background in
hospitality, facility, or resort management
Experience managing
private homes, villas, or guest houses
Familiarity with both
hill station and coastal environments
is a plus
