Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the coffee estate and other plantation crops. Develop and implement crop plans including planting, maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest processing. Supervise field staff, laborers, and contractors ensuring productivity and discipline. Monitor crop health, conduct pest and disease control, and implement agronomic practices. Maintain farm equipment, irrigation systems, and infrastructure on the estate. Ensure compliance with agricultural standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Maintain records of inputs, yields, labor, expenses, and other key metrics. Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, buyers, and local authorities when required. Explore and implement sustainable farming practices and modern agricultural techniques. Prepare regular reports on crop performance and estate status for management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri) 2–5 years of experience in plantation or estate management preferred Knowledge of coffee cultivation and plantation crop management is an advantage. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage field teams effectively. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Agri-tech tools is a plus.
