Job Description

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, MIS reporting, and business performance tracking.
Partner with controllers to analyze drivers of financial performance, trends, and propose value-added insights.
Strong expertise in SAP FICO/CO-PA, RAR module, O2C, P2P cycles, deferred revenue, IFRS 15, and SFDC.
Handle product/project/service business models (MTO/MTS/ETO/I2R) with focus on cost/profitability analysis.
Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, ITGC, and support internal/external audits.
Manage capital expenditure tracking, NWC and cashflow analysis, and monthly P&L/Balancesheet review.
Prepare financial models, sensitivity analysis, what-if” scenarios, and global reporting packs (HFM, Abacus, supplementary).
Drive process automation, report standardization, and efficiency improvements across countries/divisions.
Mentor and guide a global team across time zones, ensuring CCC KPIs and service quality are met.
Qualified CA/CMA/CPA/MBA with 8–10+ years in FP&A, preferably in software/technology industry.
