Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Manager at Sandoz, your primary responsibility will be to oversee metrics in your respective area and provide training. You will also support, initiate, and lead continuous improvement activities for the quality assurance systems on site. It will be crucial for you to ensure that quality assurance systems such as document management, change control system, training, escalation management, and risk management comply with both local and global requirements. Efficient department management in alignment with the annual plan and reporting technical complaints/adverse events related to Sandoz products promptly are also key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in the distribution of marketing samples where applicable.
