ESG Senior Research Analyst

Location: Varanasi Position: ESG Senior Research Analyst Experience: 2-4 years in ESG ratings research Job Type: Full Time Candidates who are outside of Varanasi can apply but they will be posted in Varanasi for the first 3 months. About the Role An ESG Research Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing a company’s performance across various ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) metrics. Daily tasks include identifying, reviewing, and analyzing company documents such as sustainability reports, annual reports, and proxy filings available on company websites. The analyst will process relevant qualitative and quantitative information in line with the client methodology/framework. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research and review of companies based on ESG methodology/framework Learn the research methodology and processes quickly and apply that knowledge consistently Deliver on individual and team targets while ensuring high-quality research Provide ideas/suggestions for new data collection methods and process improvements Skills Required: Good English communication, reading, writing, and content interpretation skills Knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel Strong research and analytical skills; good problem-solving ability Attention to detail and ability to articulate viewpoints Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage/prioritize tasks Interest in ESG, responsible investment, and sustainability is desirable Eligibility: Master’s degree in any discipline Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Language: English (Required)
