ES Senior Compensation Specialist

The Senior ES Compensation Specialist is a key member of the GOC Compensation team based in Hyderabad, playing a crucial role in supporting employee relocations globally. Reporting to the Supervisor, GOC Comp, you will serve as the primary contact for employees seeking relocation, collaborating with Business and the CoEs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compensation philosophy. Your contribution is vital in fostering the success of our employees at Salesforce. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting compensation programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and fostering a productive workplace environment. Your duties will include providing compensation guidance for International Assignees and facilitating permanent international and domestic relocations. You should demonstrate proficiency in implementing and supporting compensation and employee benefit programs, while building relationships with key stakeholders to address a variety of challenges across multiple countries. An essential aspect of your role involves analyzing data to identify trends, sharing insights with relevant teams, and leveraging this information to develop future compensation programs that align with business growth strategies. Additionally, you will educate managers and employees on various components of their compensation packages and oversee compensation transactions in Workday. To excel in this position, you should possess 4-6 years of experience in Compensation management and demonstrate expertise in integrating compensation programs within an organization. A strong understanding of HR practices, mobility support, foreign & Visa services, and project management skills are essential. Your ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service to internal employees will be critical to success. Moreover, you should have a proven track record of executing tasks with attention to detail, driving multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, and utilizing data to inform strategic decisions. Familiarity with Salesforce tools, Excel, Google Docs, Google Slides, Lucidchart, and Smartsheets is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.
