Our client, a growing organization focused on technology-driven business solutions, is hiring an ERPNext Developer through Stellar Talent HR Consultancy. The company is seeking candidates with strong development skills and a solid understanding of ERP systems and core business processes.

Role Overview:

The ERPNext Developer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of customized enhancements to the ERPNext platform. This role requires hands-on experience in ERPNext development, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and configure ERPNext modules to align with business requirements
• Design and implement new features, custom modules, and workflows within the ERPNext framework
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERPNext functionality and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations and development activities
• Provide training and ongoing support to ERPNext end-users
• Stay current with the latest updates, features, and best practices in ERPNext and related ERP technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext development
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript
• Proficiency in the Frappe framework
• Experience with relational databases such as MariaDB and MySQL
• Familiarity with front-end technologies
• Solid understanding of business processes, especially in operations and human resources
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
