ERP, Microsoft Business Central Functional Technical

Role & responsibilities

Functional:

• Understand rice manufacturing operations (procurement, milling, packing, dispatch, and sales).
  
• Map business processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
  
• Handle configuration for Finance, Purchase, Inventory, and Production modules.
  
• Prepare process documentation and user manuals.
  
• Coordinate with external ERP vendors for customization and troubleshooting.
  
• Conduct user training and ensure smooth ERP adoption by all departments.
  

Technical:

• Support ERP development and customization using

  AL / C-AL

  programming.
• Work with reports, dashboards, and Power BI for MIS reporting.
  
• Manage master data, item codes, and BOM (Bill of Material).
  
• Handle integration with weighbridge, barcode system, and other factory software (if applicable).
  
• Test and deploy new updates or modules.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have

  hands-on experience

  in

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV ERP

  both

  Functional and Technical

  modules.
• Must have prior experience in

  manufacturing, agro-based, or food processing industry

  (preferably rice mill, FMCG, or similar setup).
• Should have strong understanding of

  Finance, Purchase, Inventory, and Production

  modules.
• Experience in

  ERP Implementation, User Training, Customization, and Post-Go-Live Support

  .
• Technical knowledge of

  AL / C-AL programming, SQL Server, and Power BI

  will be an added advantage.
• Ability to analyze business processes and provide suitable ERP solutions.
  
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  
• Should be

  self-motivated, detail-oriented

  , and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Preferred education:

  B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Com / MBA (IT / Finance)

  .
• Candidates with

  certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  will be given priority.
• Location preference:

  Candidates from Haryana, Punjab, Delhi-NCR, or nearby regions

  willing to work in
