ERP Manager
Reports to: MDLocation: Chakan, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP Implementation & Integration:- Lead the implementation of new ERP modules and upgrades.- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party applications.2. Business Process Optimization:- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement optimized processes.3. System Administration & Support:- Oversee ERP system administration, including security, backups, and troubleshooting.- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues.4. Project Management:- Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations.5. Reporting & Analytics:- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, support, and management (preferably inIndia).
