### **Job Title:** ERP Specialist (3+ Years Experience)
**Location:** Silvassa

### **Job Description:**
We are hiring an **ERP Specialist** with at least 3 years of experience to manage, support, and improve our ERP system. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of **FARVISION** or similar ERP used in the **real estate or construction industry**.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle day-to-day ERP operations and user support
* Configure and manage ERP modules (Finance, Projects, Procurement, etc.)
* Coordinate with teams and ERP vendor for issue resolution
* Generate reports and maintain data accuracy
* Train users and ensure smooth ERP usage
### **Requirements:**
* 3+ years of ERP experience (FARVISION preferred)
* Basic SQL/reporting knowledge
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience in real estate/construction domain is a plus
