ERP Executive

Role Overview: As an ERP Executive in the transport industry, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the successful implementation and support of a new ERP system. Your attention to detail, data entry skills, and understanding of finance and accounting will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition of operations into the new system. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing and configuring the ERP system for transport operations. - Perform accurate data entry, verification, and migration to the ERP from legacy systems. - Collaborate with the finance team to align basic accounting and billing processes with ERP modules. - Monitor daily ERP usage and provide end-user support for operational issues. - Document workflows, processes, and ERP training guides for internal teams. - Support finance operations including invoice processing, vendor/customer records, and reconciliations. - Work with IT and external vendors for testing, troubleshooting, and improvements. - Conduct user training and ensure ERP standards adherence across departments. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in data entry, finance operations, or BPO/back-office roles. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial workflows. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling large data volumes. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, etc. is advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools. - Experience in the transport/logistics industry is a plus. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - ERP certifications or BPO process certifications are an added advantage.
