Role Overview: ERP Executive
An ERP Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations, data entry, reporting, and process monitoring within the ERP system. They ensure smooth functioning of modules like Sales, Inventory, Finance, HR, etc.
General Software Requirements for ERP Executive Category Requirement System AccessWeb-based or desktop ERP access, secure login credentials, role-based permissions User Interface Clean, intuitive dashboard with access to relevant modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, etc.) Data Entry Forms Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Inventory Transactions, Invoices, Payments ReportingStandard and customizable reports (e.g. Sales Report, Stock Levels, Financial Summaries) Notifications Alerts for pending approvals, low stock, overdue invoices
