Job Description

Synergic ERP

Role & responsibilities

Operate Synergic ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Stock, Barcode, Manufacturing).
Manage gold, diamond, and silver inventory with barcode tagging.
Coordinate with production for job work, hallmarking, and stock movement.
Generate reports (Stock, Sales, G.P., Old Gold, etc.) and ensure data accuracy.
Update gold rates, product pricing, and user access.
Liaise with Synergic support for issue resolution and enhancements.
Train staff and maintain ERP documentation and backups.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of ERP experience in the
jewellery industry
.
Hands-on knowledge of
Synergic ERP
is mandatory.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Detail-oriented with understanding of jewellery workflows (purity, weight, making charges, etc.).
