Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver large-scale ERP implementations end-to-end.

Manage multiple projects independently with clear strategic vision.

Re-engineer and optimize business processes (IT, Finance, Production, Inventory, Supply Chain).

Configure and customize ERP modules and workflows.

Design and execute robust data migration and system integration strategies.

Train users, mentor teams, and drive change management.

Consult CXOs and senior stakeholders for solution alignment.

Ensure continuous improvement and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

9–10 years in ERP implementation and strategic project management.

Expertise in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Oracle, or similar ERPs.

Strong skills in process re-engineering, customization, and configuration.

Proven leadership and independent project delivery.

Proficiency in SQL, databases, JavaScript/Python scripting.

Knowledge of API integrations and complex data migrations.

Excellent consulting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Deep experience in manufacturing ERP for production, inventory, and supply chain.
