Infor LX / BPCS ERP Consultant – Development & Integration

Location: Melbourne or Sydney Australia

Initial Term: 6 months fixed term contract then moving to permanent and grow into a leadership role

Are you an ERP professional with deep expertise in BPCS / Infor LX looking for your next challenge?

We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst / ERP Developer to play a pivotal role in enhancing stability

and performance across core ERP platforms for some of Australia’s leading enterprises.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Configure and optimize Infor LX (BPCS) ERP systems across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and

record-to-report.

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot RPG-based applications, interfaces, and automation tools.

• Partner with business and technology teams to resolve ERP issues and deliver enhancements.

• Lead integration solutions between BPCS ERP and external systems (SAP, WMS, Basware, 3PL,

Factory Automation, BI).

• Manage ERP support tickets via ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance and clear

communication.

• Oversee ERP enhancement and deployment lifecycles following SDLC best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in ERP (Infor LX / BPCS) environments across supply chain,

manufacturing, distribution, and finance.

• Strong expertise in RPGLE, SQL, IBM i (AS/400), and Infor AS/SET case tool development.

• Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues and deliver scalable, business-driven

solutions.

• Strong communication and documentation skills to work effectively with cross-functional

stakeholders.
