Job Title: Erlang Developer Location: On-site – Noida location Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3-5yr salary -40-50k About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Erlang Developer to join our engineering team. As part of our backend team, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable systems using Erlang/OTP. You will work on performance-critical services that power real-time and distributed applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement backend services and APIs using Erlang/OTP. Optimize and maintain existing Erlang codebases. Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor systems in production. Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality. Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and improve system performance. Participate in architecture decisions and code reviews. Requirements: Proven experience with Erlang/OTP in production environments. Strong understanding of functional programming principles. Experience with distributed systems and concurrent programming. Familiarity with common Erlang frameworks and tools (e.g., Cowboy, RabbitMQ, Mnesia, Rebar). Proficient in writing efficient, maintainable, and scalable code. Good understanding of microservices and messaging systems. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Nice to Have: Experience with Elixir or other BEAM languages. Knowledge of telecom protocols or real-time communication systems. Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, or other cloud-native technologies.
