Job Responsibilities Engaging in interviews, to gauge Candidate fitment with the company Values & Culture. Ensure alignment with all the timelines for joining, confirmations, exits, etc. Conduct timely Induction for all new Joiners Engage with Key stake holders and build on employee camaraderie for the region. Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning. Undertake & drive multiple employee engagement activities at a regional level. Management of all employee related Grievances for the assigned region. Management of all Disciplinary Cases for the region. This would entail alignment with all statutory regulations, internal policies and stakeholder management. Any additional HR assignments or Projects which may be initiated by the company. Skills Required Good communication skills both Oral and Written. Client Service Behaviour & Attitude: Integrity, Passion, Compliance with conscience, handling highly confidential information in a professional manner Analytical and Logical Reasoning Domain knowledge & expertise Proactivity Negotiation skill Competencies Required: Team Handling Interpersonal skills.
