Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business. Pitch clients for other investment products offered by the company To maintain a synergistic relationship with Relationship Managers - Sales, by supporting their sales efforts to enhance business Update clients visit and all other communication with the client in the CRM software Work towards building a network and expanding the client base.
