Job Title: Front Desk Executive cum Office Administrator Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Front Desk Executive cum Office Administrator. This role combines front desk responsibilities with office administration to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Reception and Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally and courteously. Answer and direct incoming calls and manage correspondence (emails, packages, couriers, etc.). Maintain the reception area in a tidy and welcoming state. Office Agreements & Payments: Maintain and update records of office lease agreements, renewals, and other contracts. Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and service providers for timely payments and renewals. Track payment schedules, prepare payment requests, and ensure accurate and timely payments. Travel Management: Coordinate business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals) for business heads and employees as required. Work with travel vendors/agencies to ensure cost-effective and efficient travel bookings. Track and maintain MIS for travel & stay costs. Reimbursement Management: Collect, verify, and process reimbursement claims for business heads. Ensure proper documentation and approvals as per company policy. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely reimbursements. General Office Administration: Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment. Source, order, and manage inventory of supplies to ensure office needs are met. Assist in organizing office events and meetings. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned. Ensure smooth and efficient workflow in the office. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification. 2-4 years of experience in front desk management and basic office administration. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proactive approach with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. Location: Kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra Salary: ₹6 – 7 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced DP Executive to join our team at Allvest. The role involves managing depository operations, ensuring timely processing of client instructions, compliance with regulatory norms, and smooth coordination with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) to support our stock broking business. Key Responsibilities: Handle depository operations including demat, remat, pledge, unpledge, and off market transactions. Process and verify DIS (Delivery Instruction Slips) and other client instructions accurately. • Reconcile daily DP reports and maintain updated client records. Coordinate with NSDL/CDSL and clearing members for operational activities. Monitor and ensure timely settlement of trades and securities movement. Prepare and maintain MIS and compliance reports as per SEBI and depository regulations. • Address and resolve client queries related to demat accounts and DP transactions. Assist in audit and inspection processes conducted by regulators and depositories. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Depository Operations (NSDL/CDSL).
