Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Study the user inputs and application requirement, Conceptualize the equipment electrical design; Finalize Specification Sheet and float the RFQ, Study and Negotiate the quotation technically 2. Design Validation and project management, FAT at Supplier end; Commisioning, Quality Validation and Productionisation of Equipment,Project documentation and closing 3. Design Standardisation of Test Equipments 4. Process improvement through cycle time reduction, alternative designs and New technology by analyzing test data. 5. Support to maintenance teams in case of Major Breakdowns Functional Competencies Competent at Electrical Design of Test Equipment (is a must). Project management. Good understanding of Electrical Equipment design standards and safety standards. Electrical fault finding, Basic Understanding of Mechanical Jigs and Fixtures, Basic Understanding of Industrial engineering practices and standards, Project Management, Any exposure to Robotics/ Vision Systems/AI/ML will be added advantage
