Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Malakpet , Hyderabad

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM IST – 4:30 AM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work from Office)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Talent Acquisition Executive / US IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, performing end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring timely onboarding. Strong communication skills, proficiency with job portals, and knowledge of US recruitment processes are essential.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of international outbound calling experience mandatory.
• 2-5 years of International Calling experience in (International Calling)
• Any experience into International Outbound calling (Customer service, Health Care, Sales)
• Ability to build strong client relationships, Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job
• Any bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in MS office
• Candidate should be in 10-12 kms radios from office of ready for relocation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
