Instead, weve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Education Regular B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical component assembly within the manufacturing industry Knowledge of production systems (lean manufacturing) Flexibility to work in a shift pattern, six days a week Strong teamwork and customer-oriented mindset Good communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams Data-driven and courageous, with a strong sense of rigor Proven ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural relationships Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside experienced and collaborative teammates. You'll play a key role in ensuring production excellence while driving safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Methods, Maintenance, Quality & CI, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Warehouse, Testing), manage production activities, and implement continuous improvement strategies, and much more. Youll specifically take care of optimizing resource allocation and ensuring adherence to production plans, but also lead efforts to enhance safety and quality standards.
