EPM Mac L2 Support

Role Overview: As an EPM Mac L2 Support at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will play a crucial role in managing a Mac presence in Enterprise environments. Your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with STIGs, patching, health checks, and assisting senior engineers in managing and enhancing the Mac environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with Tier 2 technicians for escalated support cases and contribute to other engineering tasks within the department. Key Responsibilities: - Update, test, and maintain compliance with Mac STIGs - Manage scripts, application packages, and data services for the Mac environment - Assist in managing the patching process for the Mac environment - Possess extensive knowledge and certifications in Mac OS X Operating Systems - Handle Active Directory management - Create and maintain login scripts - Manage virtual desktops - Utilize Mac enterprise management systems such as Jamf, Intune, and WS One - Provide JAMF Administrator Support including Server Management and Upgrades - Support Intune and/or Workspace One Administrator for Apple products - Lead MaaS (Mac as a Service) delivery as the administrator/lead engineer - Develop, support, implement, and distribute Mac OSX Thin Images - Package for Mac using BASH Composer, X-Code, and Terminal Packaging - Implement Hardware & Platform Independent Images using Mac Technology - Create, support, and implement JAMF (also Intune and/or Workspace One) for Mac Thin Imaging - Replicate Distribution Points/SMB Shares - Manage end-to-end Project Mac Management including documentation, SOW, and Product Delivery - Run Reports using Custom Queries - Advance understanding of Policy Management and Policy creation - Develop Custom Mac policies based on client requirements - Recommend driver management best practices - Handle Incident Management, Tracking & Solution for any issues related to the Engineered Solution - Design & Implement Enterprise Solutions for Enterprise Customers with Server Support - Provide recommendations for automation and modern endpoint management approaches - Ensure Security Hardening of Mac Devices using JAMF (also Intune and/or Workspace One) - Manage Patch management for macOS and Applications (Including Third Party) - Experience in Zero-Touch Deployment and Pre-Stage Enrollment using JAMF (also Intune and/or Workspace One) - Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills - Interface effectively with all levels of management - Apply specialized knowledge within own discipline - Continuously deepen knowledge through exposure to new assignments and continuous learning - Build understanding of processes, procedures, customers, and organization - Assist in program or process development and implementation - Coordinate activities and processes - Develop solutions to problems of moderate complexity - Exercise discretion and independent judgment on business matters - Work under general direction Qualifications: - 10-12 years of total experience with 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience - Understanding of current scripting technologies and Mac Environment - Advanced knowledge of managing JAMF Suite of applications - Knowledge of managing Mac using Intune/WS One will be an added advantage - In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices (Note: The document also includes information about NTT DATA as a company, but it has been omitted from this summary as per your request),
